Delete your BCS app account
This page is for the Broker Carrier Summit attendee app, published by BCS Freight Network, LLC. You can also delete your account inside the app under Profile, then Delete Account.
What we delete
- Your app profile: photo, bio, LinkedIn, interests, and what you are looking for
- Your listing in the attendee directory and your consent to view it
- Any app connections, messages, notifications, and photos
- Your access code, so the app account can no longer be used
What we keep
- Your ticket and payment record (name, email, company, job title, ticket type, payment details) for accounting and tax purposes
- Event details you gave at registration, so we can still host you if you attend
We keep registration and payment records as long as needed for the event, accounting and legal obligations (generally up to 7 years for payment records), and delete app profile details on request.
Deleting your app account does not change attendee lists already shared with event sponsors.
Your ticket stays valid. To have your registration details erased too, email contact@brokercarriersummit.com.
No access code?
Email contact@brokercarriersummit.com from the email address you registered with and ask us to delete your app account. We will reply to confirm when it is done.
