What is Women in Logistics? 

Women in Logistics is a group started by female BCS members with the vision to empower women in logistics through community, collaboration, transparency and advocacy and our goal is to drive success and inclusivity in the freight industry.

We are on a mission to advance the voices of women in our industry and create opportunities for women to learn, thrive, grow their business and contribute meaningfully to the BCS network and beyond. Our goal is to enable women in logistics to come together and grow their own personal brands – we believe this will strengthen the industry as a whole! 

Why would I want to be a member?

If you are looking for ways to create meaningful connections with other women in our industry, are open to learning and lifting others up, and making sure everyone has a seat at the table, Women in Logistics is a place for you!

We encourage you to consider membership if you are interested in networking, advancing the voice of women in our industry (including your own!) and / or are looking to grow your personal brand.

We also plan on offering mentorship opportunities, so if you are just starting out in logistics, are looking to learn from others who have “been there and done that” or have experiences and knowledge you would like to share, we would love for you to consider membership.
